Delete Your Tio Boh? Data

Follow the steps below to delete your data from the Tio Boh? app.

How to Delete Your Data

1. Open the Tio Boh? app.
2. Navigate to the Profile tab.
3. Tap the gear icon on the top right to enter Settings.
4. Scroll to the bottom and tap “Reset all data”.

Data That Is Deleted

When you reset your data, the following data is permanently deleted within 30 days:

• Your learning progress and usage data (lessons completed, scores)

Data That Is Retained

The following data is retained after a data reset:

• Account information — Your name, email address, and authentication credentials are kept so you can continue using your account.
• Anonymised analytics data — Aggregate, anonymised usage data that cannot be used to identify you is retained for up to 24 months for product improvement purposes.
• Technical logs — Device metadata and technical logs are retained for up to 12 months for security and diagnostic purposes.
