Delete Your Tio Boh? Account

Follow the steps below to permanently delete your Tio Boh? account.

How to Delete Your Account

1. Open the Tio Boh? app.
2. Navigate to the Profile tab.
3. Tap the gear icon on the top right to enter Settings.
4. Scroll to the bottom and tap “Delete account”.

Data That Is Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently deleted within 30 days:

• Your account information (name, email address, authentication credentials)
• Your learning progress and usage data (lessons completed, scores)

Data That Is Retained

The following data may be retained after account deletion:

• Anonymised analytics data — Aggregate, anonymised usage data that cannot be used to identify you is retained for up to 24 months for product improvement purposes.
• Technical logs — Device metadata and technical logs are retained for up to 12 months for security and diagnostic purposes.
